If the number of participants is below the minimum, the tournament may be cancelled. Pre-registration Online, on this tournament page. Online pre-registration deadline: January 11, 2027, at 00:00 Belgrade time. After this, new players may be added if the next table is fully filled. If the tournament is cancelled, the organizers will contact all registered players, and paid fees will be refunded in full. Participation fee and refund policy upon registration cancellation Payment due from 23.09.2026 to 31.11.2026 - 55 euros Payment due from 01.12.2026 to 16.01.2027 - 60 euros Currently, payment is only possible in cash (payment can be made on the day of the tournament during the player registration stage). If registration is cancelled by 31.12.2026 - the fee will be refunded in full. If registration is cancelled from 01.01.2027 to 10.01.2027 - 30 euros will be deducted from the fee. If registration is cancelled from 11.01 or in case of no-show to the tournament - the fee is non-refundable. Player substitution is allowed at any time with a full refund of the fee.
